Diplomacy vs Military action

Most of this is what I was trying to bring across in the United 93 post. Look I have no problem with diplomacy and peace activism but so far that we've tried it with these terrorists or communist in the middle east and North Korea it hasn't worked until after we went in(if we have like Iraq and Afghanistan) and seems to be failing in Iran. Look I hate sacrificing the life of any American Soldier, Marine, Airmen, Sailor, or Reservist but we have tried diplomacy and all htat crap with Iran and look they are one step closer to having nuclear weapons instead of one step closer to ridding themselves of its communist/terrorist regime and terrorist connection. Look at North Korea it is the same way. They told us in 90's that if we gave them something can't remember what i was to young that they would cancel nuke and other wmd production and give people more rights. As we could tell that was the biggest amount of bs. They used that to advance nuclear technology and people are still oppressed. We went in militarily in Afghanistan and Iraq, blew the crap out of the enemy, brought in the diplomats and freedom is slowly but surely under way in which some of the bigger militias in Iraq like that of Muqtada Al-Sadr have stepped down violence and have started helping defend streets. See if we show some force they start listening more. These people, the terrorists whether its Bin Laden, Zarqawi, Zawahiri or Saddam, see us as sitting back as a joke and see that as opportunity to go back and do what they have always done. In 93 when we withdrew from Somalia as a joke and seen us as weak. The mindset of these people are destroy American's and our economy and don't won't to hear it out. They want to martyr themselves to see us dead. They only see fighting. Thats the best I can put it. I know i'm sounding redundant but its only way to get point across

United 93

Sorry this one is a little late on the topic. I just now thought about putting this on. I first of all support this movie, though none of my family was lost I like many Americans fell sorrow for the families who lost family on 9/11. 98% of the families who lost family on that day support this movie but many peace activists and leftists don't or didn't want this movie coming out. Of course they didn't. A movie like this ruins there arguement that we need to sit back and leave these people alone and act as if there is no terrorist problem. Those people need to wake up. We have set back from Carter until Clinton all presidents in between have set back and haven't formally delt with them and we have been attacked over and over while Iran and N. Korea have used what we gave them towards getting what they wanted while Iraq and Afghanistan are slowly but surely becoming democracies. well i take something back Reagen did stand up to Qaddaffi in libya and sent the Navy(hoo-ah) to bomb some terrorists camps and stood up to terrorists and the soviets and Bush stood up to Saddam even though he let the idiot stay in power. But to get back to my point. This movie in my opinion is perfectly time. Most people seem to have forgotten about it or think about it but still have a pre-9/11 view with terrorism thinking if we sit back and be sweet hearts people like Bin Laden and Saddam will leave us alone and drop terrorism. This came at right time mostly for the part to waking people up to that problem with these people that are still in the world and to bring back memory of that horrific day.
